K. Thor Jensen
Associate Producer
Thor was born in Maple Valley, Washington in 1976 and had many unsettling adventures in strange lands before coming to Gamelab in 2007, where he has been involved with several projects. He lives in Queens, New York with his wife, dog, cat, and child (not in that order). His first graphic novel, Red Eye, Black Eye, was released by Alternative Comics in 2007 to critical acclaim and he is currently hard at work on the follow-up. In his spare time, he plays the bass guitar, walks the dog, puts tape on the cat's feet, runs a textile company with his wife and fills the baby's head with nonsense.
K. Thor's favorite games
Warning Forever - The greatest free game you will ever play. A few minutes into this you will understand how the Neanderthals felt as Homo Sapiens hit them with ever-growing sticks.

God Hand - Gamelab doesn't explicitly make games about punching gorillas so hard in the nuts that they fly up to the moon, but if we did, they'd probably be a lot like this.

Garry Kitchen's GameMaker - the Commodore 64 software that started this hideous thrill ride I find myself on. I spent so much time with this as a child that I could probably write in its primitive language from memory.

Final Fantasy VI - In 1995 I broke my glasses and couldn't leave the house for three days. A friend of mine loaned me this game to keep me busy and I lost six pounds and 72 hours of my life.

Arguing with people on the Internet - the original MMORPG
