If you are experiencing problems with Miss Management:

Please send us your system information so we can investigate this issue.

In Windows, click the "Start" button, and choose "Run..." from the Start Menu. Type "dxdiag" (no quotes) in the Run window, and hit OK. This will open up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, which gathers information about your computer's hardware and software.

Press the "Save All Information..." button at the bottom of the window, which will prompt you to save the tool's diagnostic information to a text file. Choose a location that's easy to remember (the Desktop or My Documents folder, for example), and then email the file -- along with a short description of the problem you're having -- to support@gamelab.com.
